कोरोना  की चुनौतियों से निपटने में LOCKDOWN 5 कितना सहायक होगा और आमजनों के जीवन में कितनी सहूलियतें मिल पाएंगी,  इसका पता  तो आने वाले दिनों में ही चलेगा. लेकिन एक बात तय है की 

 मानवीय जिजीविषा ने इस जानलेवा वायरस को भी बौना साबित कर दिया है, प्रमाण की जरुरत नहीं है. भविष्य की आशंकाओं के बीच  आमजनों ने संघर्ष का जो विराट रूप सड़कों पे दिखाया है. इसे पलायन समझने की भूल न करें, बल्कि भविष्य के ठोस बुनियाद की नींव इसमें समाहित है. थोड़ा समय निकल जाने दें, फिर इसकी सच्चाई भी सामने आएगी. वैसे जीवन में सफलता का मूलमंत्र सिर्फ और सिर्फ कठिन परिश्रम में ही छिपा है. इसे दूनिया  ने भूख-प्यास से निढाल फ़िलहाल सड़क नापते देखा है. 

    

आने वाले दिनों  में इसका नया रूप दिखेगा.  ये तो तय है की  आने वाले कुछ समय तक सोकॉलड  बिग ब्रांड्स  कंपनियों की तरफ फटकने की हिमाकत लोअर और मिडिल क्लास फ़िलहाल नहीं ही करेगा, जिसकी तादाद ६० से ६५ प्रतिशत के करीब है. तो जरुरत स्माल स्केल इंडस्ट्रीज को प्रोमोट करने की है, वो भी बिना किसी लालफिताशाही के.

प्रोमोट सिर्फ योजनाओं और हवा- हवाई घोषणाओं की तरह नहीं, बल्कि सॉलिड हो . जो प्रस्ताव इंडस्ट्रियल सेक्टर के पास लाये जाएं, चाहे वो जिला या स्टेट लेवल के हों. बिना बैंक अप्रूवल का फच्चर फंसाए मंज़ूर किये जाये. बैंक अभी तय नहीं कर पाया है की बिना गारंटर के  १०० परसेंट तक लोन कैसे मंज़ूर किये जाएं. सरकार  ने भी बैंकों को लोन पास करने के लिए अभी सिर्फ मौखिक आश्वासन ही दिया है जबकि बैंक लिखित गारंटी की मांग पर अड़े हैं. जो वाज़िब भी है, बैंक अब कंगाल होने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं. बिना इस तकरार के समाधान के लोकल पे वोकल का नारा महज़ एक  दिवास्वप्न है.
