WORK FROM HOME-"BOON OR BAN"

 कोविड १९  के दौर में इन दिनों वर्क फ्रॉम कल्चर को लेकर तरह-तरह के सर्वे और तर्कों का दौर जारी है. एक तबका जहाँ इसे वरदान के तौर पर देख रहा है, वहीँ दूसरा इसकी खामियों और प्रोफेशनलिजम को लेकर तरह- तरह के सवाल उठा रहा है. लेकिन वायरस का खतरा  इतना अधिक और पेचीदा है कि किसी निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचना अब समय की मांग बन चुकी है. इसकी अनदेखी अधिक दिनों तक अब मुमकिन नहीं है. लेकिन अहम सवाल अब ये उठ खड़ा हुआ है की इतने बड़े बदलाव के लिए आखिर कितने लोग मानसिक रूप से तैयार हैं. और वर्क कल्चर में इतने बड़े बदलाव के लिए उनकी तैयारी क्या है? बॉल यकीनी तौर पर आपके (employee)  पाले में हैं, कुछ सोंचा है अपने इस तथाकथित न्यू नॉर्मल के बारे में. एक राय जरूर बनाएं और अपने एम्प्लॉयर को सूचित करें, हालाँकि कंपनियां भी इसे लेकर रणनीति बना रही हैं. जल्द ही इसकी डिटेल आपके पास पहुँचती होगी?

हालाँकि कुछ मल्टीनेशनल और देशी कम्पनीज भी इसे लेकर स्पष्ट हैं और new normal के तौर पर स्वीकार करने को तैयार हैं. शायद आने वाले दिनों में सरकारी दफ्तर भी इसमें जुड़ जाये. ट्रायल शुरू भी है. लेकिन क्या इसके साथ तारतम्य बिठाने में हम कामयाब हो पाएंगे?  कम्बख्त वर्षों पुरानी जन्म- जन्मांतर जैसी आदत जो  लगी है हमें सुबह 10 से शाम 5 ऑफिस में बिताने की. कुछ - एक  को तो जब तक 1 0- 20 लोग सलाम न ठोकें और 4- 6 कप चाय की प्याली गटक न लें, लगेगा ही नहीं की दफ्तर गया.( ये मानसिकता करीब-करीब सभी दफ्तरों में सामान्य सी है,

इन परिस्थितियों में घर के शांतिपूर्ण माहौल में घर-परिवार और बच्चों के साथ दफ्तर का संचालन और माहौल बनाना भी कठिन चुनौती जैसी है। वर्तमान में कोर्ट की सुनवाई से लेकर कुछ ऑफिसों के वर्क फ्रॉम होम में भी कुछ हास्यास्पद स्थितियों से दो-चार होना पड़ रहा है. क्या इसे दूर किया जा सकता है? जरूर सोंचिये और अपनी राय अवश्य साझा करें. आखिर देश दो-रहे पर खड़ा है और हमारी राय की प्रतीक्षा में है.
